This is a very questionable app, and possible malware.

The first red flag was the poor quality of the graphics on the "create account" screens.

The second and giant red flag was the app *demanding* that I gave it a 5 star rating before it would allow me to continue to actually using it. Right then and there I uninstalled it and deleted the .apk

So yes, possible malware.
