A LF Adventure permite que novas contratações explorem a Li & Fung de uma maneira divertida e inovadora.

An onboarding program for Li & Fung new hires to complete in first 90 days. With a blend of technology, innovation and human touches, you will be guided by the app which has 5 different features:

1. Quick Start Guide – Get up to speed on your first few days and gain valuable insights from a wealth of company resources including useful contacts, business lingo, leadership team, Three-Year Plan strategy, 360 showroom tours and more.

2. Digital Challenge – Learn about our digital ways of working and play our game to find out how digital-savvy you are.

3. LF Pal - Create your profile, you will be matched with a cross-team LF Pal to help you integrate quickly to our company culture.

4. Treasure Hunt – Embark on an exciting treasure hunt by scanning QR codes located at various check-points around our offices. This will help you familiarize with our work environment and facilities.

5. Discovery Trek – Go out and network! Helping you build a sense of belonging, Discovery Trek features a calendar of events and activities designed to promote learning, wellness, community engagement and exclusive perks on offer.
