A mobile application has been designed for all institutions and organizations in the city to carry out services for the disabled from a single center.

How can I go?

Alternative routes created by using public transportation between the current location of our citizens and the location they want to go are shown, and it assists the journey in an audio and visual way.

Discover

It is the menu that allows our citizens to access the locations defined in the application (disabled charging station, taxi stand, mosque, touristic point, etc.). If desired, it can get directions to these locations, give feedback about the location and display it on the map. In addition, by defining the areas suitable for the access of the disabled (cafe, restaurant, public WC, playground, etc.) to the system, the disability status and location of the disabled can be viewed from the closest to the farthest.

Application/Contact

It is the menu that allows our disabled citizens to convey their requests, suggestions and complaints to integrated institutions. Location, photo and voice message can be added to the content of the message to be sent. In addition, if requested, they will be able to convey their requests, suggestions and complaints to the call center communication lines of integrated institutions using sign language.

Audio book

It is possible to listen to audio books defined in the system.

Social media

It is the menu where you can follow the social media accounts determined by Konya Metropolitan Municipality.

Activity

Depending on the type of disability, the activities or activities entered in the application can be accessed and applications can be received at the same time.

Depending on the type of disability and personal information of the user, the trainings entered in the application can be accessed and applications can be made.

Depending on the disability type and personal information, the user can access the job postings entered in the application and apply.

Club Activities

Applications can be made to the clubs (sports, reading, handicrafts, etc.) in the application, and membership can be formed in the relevant clubs with the approval of the manager and can take part in different activities.

Qibla Determination

It is possible to direct our disabled citizens to the Qibla by voice command.

The Accessible Konya Mobile Application, which was deemed worthy of an award in the "Way of Mind in Transportation Municipalism Awards" competition given within the scope of the "International AUS Summit 2022", has a standard design for the visually impaired, as well as special page design and functions, for other disabled people to use easily. It also works in harmony with Voice Over and Talkback technologies. When you want to go to any menu in the application, you have to swipe right or left with two fingers.
