Performance dashboards updated daily with key performance measures

Special emphasis given to monitoring and management of collections retention, manpower, ICFs, QRC handling, My Idea Profitability through dedicated tabs for current and historical performance

Comparison of present progress against past performance and that of counterparts through dynamic scoring and ranking

OneServe ZSM intends to improve performance and thereby quality of customer service by straightening out all the kinks in the value delivery chain.
