Wellnicity is where wellness meets simplicity.

The Wellnicity app is a helpful tool in monitoring and tracking your wellness journey with your Wellnicity clinician.

The Wellnicity app can help you stay on track whether you are on a weight loss program or as a health tracker to record your steps, log your food, water or other beverages consumed.

The Wellnicity app has a robust food list that includes branded items and restaurants. You also have the ability to enter in your own recipes and save those meals to your app, so you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you cook your favorite meal. You can even log when your supplement packs are taken, and sync your weight using the program scale.

Wellnicity Clinicians can use this data to make sure that you are meeting your step goals, calorie goals and being compliant with your supplements, water, and sleep. Clinicians can run detailed reports and see your progress, at-a-glance, from your dashboard.

You can actively track progress through the app by the week, month and year. Data points include weight, BMI, body fat %, body fat pounds, lean mass %, lean mass pounds, steps, sleep, restfulness calories and water. All this data is put into charts for easy comparison of each data point over time. You can also make appointments with your clinician directly from the app or send a message directly to your clinician.

When you create your profile, enter in your basic information, preferences (time zone, units of measure) and goals. In goals, enter in your current weight, daily step goal determined by you and your clinician, water (predetermined by weight), and sleep goals.
