The purpose of "Caesar" the "Custom Support Responses" application, is to enable users to create customized standard answers to commonly asked questions. The typical user performs customer or technical support for a large audience who asks similar questions - and receive similar answers. CaeSaR facilitates this communication by pulling standardized statements from a database into a custom, yet standard answer.

The key to using Caesar is to have a good database of "answers" arranged in a logical fashion so that finding and selecting those answers in an order that makes sense is easy and efficient.

The finished text is automatically copied to the clipboard and ready to paste into your response.

Free users can create or import a single topic which persists until Caesar closes (usually with a back key) on your device. Once Free Caesar ends, the database will be required to be created or imported again.

Premium Caesar users can create or import multiple custom answer databases (called "Topics") that remain available for the life of the installation.

The screenshots displayed show a work flow from topic selection, through customization to final answer which is automatically copied into the clipboard and ready to paste as a customized support answer.

Permissions notes:

Access to external storage is for saving Topic files.

Caesar only reads directories in the external storage directly tied to Caesar.
