Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Unveils Launch Date, Pre-Orders Now Open

Call of Duty Mobile, one of the best FPS franchise is coming to mobile.

The next chapter in the Call of Duty saga, Black Ops 6, is gearing up for its release on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC platforms, scheduled for October 25, 2024.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Pre-order Opens

For fans eager to secure the game earlier, pre-orders are available for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC through Microsoft Store, Battle.net, and Steam. On the day of the game's release, it will also be accessible on Xbox Game Pass for both Xbox consoles and PC (only via Microsoft Store).

Promising continuity across iterations, the game is digitally compatible across various Xbox Series or PlayStation consoles. However, this feature does not extend across differing consoles like the Series One and the PlayStation 4.

Set in the politically charged backdrop of the early 1990s, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a creation of Treyarch and Raven Software. This spy action thriller unpacks the transition and turbulence in world politics, marked by the Cold War's end and the emergence of the United States as a singular superpower.

By pre-ordering any version of Black Ops 6 or subscribing to Game Pass, players will be granted early access to the Open Beta version of Black Ops 6.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Digital Edition

The rewards extend to the digital edition as well - players pre-ordering the same will receive the Woods Operator Pack for use in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Call of Duty: Warzone, and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. This pack will also be available in Black Ops 6 upon launch. The pre-order bonus pack instantly gifts the Classic Woods Operator Skin to the players and also gives access to unlock the Zombie Woods and Numbers Woods Operator Skins, which can be unlocked after completing select Challenge Events in Modern Warfare III or Warzone.

It's important to note that Activision confirmed players will need an active internet connection to play the game – this requirement includes the campaign, multiplayer modes, and Zombies.
