The developers at Moonton Games have released the Patch 1.7.60 Update in their Advanced Server of Mobile Legends, featuring a revamped Emblem system and Battle Setup System that will influence gameplay for players to better learn it quickly. Joy (Adjusted)

Mobile Legends Joy Game Hero Guide Cover

Joy has been a powerful fighter in the mid and late game due to her high mobility and long Control Immunity, but this comes at the cost of lower damage. This update seeks to increase Joy's power by making her attacks more damaging while also reducing how tough she is.

Passive (~)

Removed the shield and Movement Speed bonus.
New Effect: Her skills now deal an additional instance of damage each time they hit a non-Minion unit.
Cooldown: 4s >> 6s

Skill 2 (~)

Max Uses: 5 >> 4
New Effect: Her Movement Speed increases a bit each time Skill 2 or Skill 1's Leonin Crystal hits something.

Ultimate (~)

Number of Skill 2 casts required to unlock: 5 >> 4
Number of hits: 8 >> 6
Minimum damage after decay: 20% >> 40%
Increased Movement Speed bonus during Ultimate.
Spell Vamp gained after hitting all the beats: 40% >> 30%
New Effect: Gain Physical & Magic Defense during Ultimate.

Layla (Buffed)

Layla, a Marksman without Blink, lacks the ability to survive. Developers are making alterations in order for her to dodge enemies more skillfully and reach higher levels of playability.

Basic Attack and Skills (↑)

A shorter backswing lets her act faster.

Skill 2 (↑)

Mark detonations now cause a 0.5-second stun instead of slowing down enemies.

Wanwan (Adjusted)

Mobile Legends Wanwan

Wanwan has become popular due to having fewer Weaknesses, but it is difficult for her enemies to avoid being caught by her Ultimate. Developers want to find a way that makes the ultimate easier to dodge while not making Wanwan too powerful.

We have modified the way in which a locked target can be avoided, allowing frontline heroes to draw Wanwan's crossbow attack toward them and absorb it. In order to balance this out we increased her damage output as well as her speed early-mid game. We believe these changes will make for an overall balanced experience.

Passive (↑)

The damage range increased from 55-97 to 70-112.

Ultimate (↓)

Chase Range: Decrease by 2.5
Aerial Speed Boost: 10% Total Movement Speed >> 100% Extra Movement Speed

Equipment Adjustments

Fleeting Time (Buffed)

Killing or assisting during a hero's Ultimate duration will now reduce the time it takes for their ultimate to go on cooldown.

Eight heroes: Faramis, Yve, Luo Yi, etc.

Blood Wings (Buffed)

Optimised Effect: Now when the shield is attacked, it will be restored after the 30s even if it’s not destroyed.
New Effect: Increase Movement Speed when the shield is active.

Battle Spells

Developers want to give Vengeance, Aegis, and Revitalize a distinctive edge.

Aegis (~)

This spell is beneficial for characters with low health at the start of a game, however, its protection becomes too weak when compared to the damage caused by heroes later on.

Shield: 750 + 50* Hero Level >> 750 + 90* Hero Level
Removed the effect of granting shield to nearby allied hero.

Revitalize (~)

The effect will now follow the caster, making it better for Support roles.

Role Adjustments

The developers have noticed that some heroes don't quite fit the way they are meant to be played anymore, so they've decided to adjust them in order for their playstyle and abilities better match the current meta.

Other adjustments

Lolita's Enhanced Basic Attacks no longer end prematurely when not used, and this fix has been applied to the Official Server.
An issue was fixed where Gloo would remain on Hayabusa after he used his Ultimate.
An issue was fixed where Gloo would remain on Wanwan after she used her Ultimate.
Developers have optimized the Terms and their descriptions in the Tutorial.
