Now it’s easy to record your symptoms, moods, medication, and more for spinal cord injury management. Choose what you want to track to build your own health story. This enables you to learn more about your health, and share more with your healthcare provider, so you both see the full story.

SCI Health Storylines allows you to:

• Track your mood, symptoms, and vitals.

• Remember appointments with your healthcare provider and to take medications on time.

• Journal about your condition and other aspects of your daily living.

• Create an accurate, shareable record of your experience for bladder, bowel, skin, Autonomic Dysreflexia (AD), pain and spasticity care between physician visits, and helps you and your care team collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Connect with your circle of support, share with them your health story, and receive messages of encouragement from them.

SCI Health Storylines is useful for someone living with spinal cord injury as well as a caregiver to someone living with spinal cord injury.
