1. While driving home you come up with an idea for your work. Voice message it to your email and you'll find it in your inbox.

2. You meet a friend who recommends you a book. Voice message the title to your inbox and buy it when you're home.

3. You find a problem with the website of your company. Voice message the bug to the webmaster's inbox and it will get fixed.

4. You want your assistant to do a report for you. Voice message detailed instructions to her and it will be done accurately.

HOW THIS APP DECREASES STRESS AND INCREASES PRODUCTIVITY?

- Recording voice is 3 times faster than typing the text on a regular keyboard and 5 times faster than typing on your phone keyboard

- Keeping ideas or problems in your mind can lead to accumulation of stressful thoughts. Send them to your (or your colleague's) inbox and set your mind free.

- Sending voice messages has advantages over calling. Firstly, it does not interrupt the receiver. You don't have to wait for her to answer the phone. You can do it out of working hours. Secondly, the instructions can be listened to as many times as necessary and will be performed more accurately.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- The voice messages are sent as attachments to e-mails. The attachments are in 3gp format, which is very compact and can be played by almost all players available.

- Your first 3 voice messages are sent via our email account so that you can see how the app works. If you want to continue using it you will have to enter a Gmail account in settings, which will be used to send further messages.

- The maximal length of your recordings is 15 minutes. If you reach it the app will behave as if you have pressed the "finish recording" button.

ADS

- There are 2 ad blocks in this app

- The first ad block is a horizontal banner on the bottom of the app's main screen

- The second ad is an interstitial ad, which appears after the sending of each recording

- There is no ad free, paid version of the app yet, but it may be available in the future

A TIP FOR BEST USAGE

- Let your colleagues, friends and family know in advance that you will be sending such messages to them and what the messages will look like. Since those messages look similar to spam or harmful e-mails they might not open them if they have not been prepared.
