Love the ICS/Jelly Bean Holo theme, but get irritated when you see the Gingerbread Orange/Green images all over the place, especially in non-stock apps?
Use this theme to get a unified ICS look. It will get rid of all Gingerbread assets and replace them with a Holo theme.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Apply the system theme and reboot. Now select my theme & apply.
You may get an error: 'Sorry, this theme is missing assets for your device's screen size'.
Ignore that and apply it anyway and REBOOT.

Better buttons and checkboxes.
Made the list selection background more subtle just like stock ICS.

Apply the system theme, reboot, apply this theme, ignore the error, reboot.
