The application provides the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan with information on executive documents

The mobile application of the Automated Information System of Enforcement Proceedings of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides the population with access to information and services in the field of enforcement proceedings

The mobile application is included in the state information system AIS OIP.

Through this application, citizens receive convenient and quick access to various types of information, as well as services related to enforcement proceedings:

1. Users can search for information in the Unified Register of Debtors,

2. Check for temporary restrictions on travel, as well as check arrests and encumbrances.

3. The application also provides the ability to search for an executive document, track its status and location.

4. A unique feature is the ability to receive a bailiff’s order on a mobile device by scanning a QR code, which ensures the simplicity and legitimacy of the process
