Youth love story.

In the third part of the novel about the inhabitants of the seventh floor of the magic building of a student dormitory, first-year student Polina unexpectedly for herself and for those around her, strange abilities are discovered, the first manifestations of which turn into serious troubles for her neighbors. Young people all have to cope with the consequences of these manifestations together, and the heroine has to understand her capabilities. On top of that, her relationship with her beloved person is being severely tested. Trying to solve her own mental problems, she inadvertently hurts the feelings of one of the heroes.
