Professional Customs Reference and Calculator of Customs Duties and Fees

The application is an independent product and does not represent any government agency or political affiliation.

The application uses information from the following sources:

- Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) https://eec.eaeunion.org;

- Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS) https://customs.gov.ru;

- legal reference system ConsultantPlus https://www.consultant.ru;

- reference legal system Garant https://www.garant.ru;

Functional characteristics of the application:

- EAEU HS Classifier with a flexible search and bookmarking system;

- a convenient glossary (also known as a rubricator, or alphabetical subject index) with the ability to search and go to the EAEU Commodity Classification for Foreign Economic Activity;

- explanations to the Commodity Classification of Foreign Economic Activity;

- obtaining a detailed product certificate on tariff and non-tariff regulation measures, as well as additional information, such as preliminary decisions on the classification of goods (RPC), belonging to the OIP register, places of delivery of goods, average contract price, etc.

- the ability to immediately send product information by e-mail, sms/mms or via messenger;

- journal of customs payments calculations;

- calculation of customs duties in two ways - simplified or expert (by configuration), in each of them any currencies, countries, unlimited number of goods are allowed. The expert method is as close as possible to calculating payments in the goods declaration and can be performed for any customs regime, including temporary import;

- a log of calculations of customs duties for goods imported by individuals for personal use (cars, MPO, aggregate payment, etc.);

- a set of basic customs classifiers of normative reference information, including RPC and the register of OIS of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, countries, customs authorities, Russian authorized banks, OKPD-2 and others;

- automatically integrates and works in conjunction with the applications "Orders of Foreign Economic Activity" and "Examples of Foreign Economic Activity";

- does not require an Internet connection to operate. The application database is stored on the same device. The Internet is only required for the initial download and regular updating of the database;

Application permissions:

- access to the location is necessary to automatically determine the code of your regional customs office. Can be omitted and configured manually;
