New simulator for test tasks for high-quality preparation for the competition for vacant positions of judges of local courts

Tests for the court of first instance judge include the following structural blocks for preparation for the competition and testing:

1) testing of general knowledge in the field of law (939 questions)

2) administrative specialization testing (2857 questions)

3) economic specialization testing (2963 questions)

4) criminal specialization testing (2679 questions)

5) civil specialization testing (2621 questions)

You can take the tests and study the questions completely, in parts by groups of questions, in parts from random questions, in the form of working on mistakes on the question in which a mistake was made, as well as by repeating the studied questions. Answer options are shuffled at each test to ensure high efficiency in memorizing answers and preventing guessing

The questions are formed on the basis of official questions published by the Supreme Court of Ukraine within the framework of the qualification examination for the qualification assessment of candidates for the positions of judges of the courts of appeal and the Supreme Administrative Court, taking into account the updated and excluded questions (for preliminary preparation, since similar questions are expected for the competition to the court of first instance) , and will be supplemented with tests that the SCSC will publish after the official announcement of a new competition for the position of judges of local courts
