While downloading, please keep your device active (screen bright) and maintain a stable Wi-Fi environment.

Before downloading, please also check the free space (1.GB) on your device.

・How to deal with problems such as crashes and screen freezes

Please restart the app, completely shut down your device, wait a while, and then try powering it back on.

(What is restart? → Delete the HSK app screen and close it completely, then tap it again to start it.)

If restarting does not solve the problem, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

If you have already purchased a class, you will not be charged again if you use the same Google account.
