■ Flow of use

(2) Enter your first and last name in kana, date of birth, contract number, etc.

(3) Selection of identity verification documents to be photographed

(5) Send

(6) Enter the displayed image number (6-digit number) into our mobile device, tell our staff, or enter it on the name change procedure screen yourself.

■ Security

・The information you entered and the captured image data will be sent after encryption (SSL).

・After the transmission is complete, the customer information and captured image data will not remain on the smartphone itself.

■Usage environment

Android OS 5.0 or higher

*The above OS is an OS that we have confirmed the operation.

*Cannot be used on tablet devices.

* In the case of usage environments other than the above, there is a possibility that it will not work properly. Please note that the latest models and OS may not be supported.

■ Precautions when using
