What is AppOps?

AppOps is a rights management feature that exists in the Android system. Unlike the well-known "runtime permissions", it has no open management portal yet, so this feature is little known.

Because people who include many developers don't understand AppOps, apps don't usually detect AppOps settings, and we can use it to deny app requests without being discovered by the app. (For example, an app can't use targeting without permission.) , we can set the AppOps targeting permission for this app to be ignored. This way we can use this app after rejecting the targeting permission.)
