This is Seoul Salpimi application.

This app warns a number of registered guardians when they do not use their mobile phone for a specified period of time for the vulnerable and single households such as the elderly living alone, the disabled, dementia patients, and severely ill people with limited mobility in Seoul. It is a “Seoul Salpimi” app developed to prevent damage by sending out vibrations, and to provide quick relief when dangerous due to loneliness, disappearance, kidnapping, and discomfort.

It is operated by mobile phone without a separate server, and since it does not contain personal information, anyone can use it without risk of leakage of personal information.

The app does not work when the phone is turned off. Always check and charge your phone battery.
