Al Munasiq App, developed by Dubai Customs, streamlines the process of classifying goods according to the Harmonized System (HS) code. This user-friendly app offers several options for predicting the HS code of any item—users can speak, enter a description, or provide a photo of the item. It utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to deliver accurate predictions, helping users reduce classification errors, avoid penalties and delays, and ensure compliance.

UAE Pass based secure and efficient login process provides access to additional information like Customs Duty rates, Free Trade Agreements and commodity restrictions from other Government authorities. As a Guest user, basic commodity information is provided. Al Munasiq App is available in both English and Arabic. Key features include the ability to save favorite HS codes, view previous search history, share search results, and generate PDF documents of HS code details. The app will continue to evolve, with new features being added based on feedback from the user community.
