If you click on backup button in the app it saves the list of Playstore installed apps of your device into your device SD card. This way you can back up your apps "Apps Backup" .

App List Restore :

To restore your backup application's move on to restore page , where you can see the total backup application list, now just tap on the application item where it will navigate you to the playstore and prompt you to download. This way you can restore your apps "Apps Restore" .

App List Share or Email :
