work out. Our new program offers a simple yet effective method to get in

shape and stay in shape! What's more, all you need is your Android smart

phone and a PC - no need to purchase new and expensive wearable equipment.

Here's how it works...

Use your own Android smart phone as a sensor by placing it on our leg, and

perform sit-ups, squats and other well-proven exercises. Move the white

circle to accurately track the curve on your PC screen. If the tracking is

accurate, the white circle will advance from left to right. When it reaches

the right side of the screen you "win" and the program shows how many

calories burned in the process.

This program is basically a simple computer game that unlike others, burns

calories and burns them fast. Give it a try and see for yourself!
