HOW TO USE DIAGNO STATS

Diagno Stats is fast and easy to use in --- easy steps:

1. Download and install 5 facts from the android, iOS or windows app store.

2. Fill out the registration information

3. Start enjoying the user friendly app!

The entry field requires only 5 quick entries: Gender, Age, Diagnosis, Case (new or not new) and mortality (check if yes). Click submit once done and the information will immediately be stored into a central data base for future analysis.
