fit2day helps you do various activities better throughout the day, from the way you wake up to weight/obesity management.

○ Walking (running) activity is automatically detected.

○ Reminds you when to drink water.

○ Battery consumption is minimized.

○ Input is simple, yet notification is smart.

In addition, the data recorded by automatic or manual inputs through various activities allows fit2day to analyze your habits and behave in a more optimized way.

Currently, fit2day supports five health activities.

■ Walk (pedometer)

fit2day is different from many other pedometer applications.

○ Automatic sensing of walking/running (manual mode is optional)

○ Real time dashboard showing steps, speed (pace), calories etc.

○ Analyzing the effective time and intensity of exercise (based on heart rate)

○ Minimizing the battery consumption using accelerometer only

fit2day focuses on helping you make a healthy intake habit, rather than data inputs.

■ Sleep (alarm clock)
