Permissions:

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - to reset the automatic rules if the phone has been rebooted

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE and CHANGE_WIFI_STATE - get access to wi-fi

BLUETOOTH and BLUETOOTH_ADMIN - get access to bluetooth

NFC - receive nfc contact
