RISE Iowa provides 24/7 sober support to help people stay engaged in their recovery. Features include an online sober support network, articles and information related to recovery and relapse prevention, relaxation and mindfulness exercises, a weekly recovery check-in and recovery tracker, recovery podcasts and personal stories, help coping with cravings, and local resources.

RISE Iowa is based on the Comprehensive Health Enhancement Support System(CHESS), an evidence-based framework developed at the Center for Health Enhancement System Studies at the University of Wisconsin.
