We see up to 400 patients per day all referred by their primary care doctor and we help patients to engage in a journey of transformation. Losing weight is hard but keeping it off means tackling issues like emotional eating and a lack of skills to make healthy food at home.

We have dozens of classes crossing all areas related to weight, health and quality of life. Building a foundation for lifelong change means trading willpower for skillpower. Emotional eating, food addictions and stress eating are examples of problems not solved by diets. Our group based approach gives people the strength to make difficult changes in their life.
