World of Dance U-Jam, the first format under the World of Dance Fitness umbrella, brings the talented choreography of World of Dance dancers and turns it into an addictive dance fitness format. Expect funky, adrenaline-based urban beats from around the world with easy-to-follow choreo so that everyone, everywhere, can get their jam on. One class and you’ll be hooked!

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH WORLD OF DANCE FITNESS:

GET FIT. Our instructors are here to motivate, train, and make sure you’re having fun while getting your heart rate up, body moving, and working towards your fitness goals.

HAVE FUN. Even if you've never danced before, you'll be welcomed with open arms. Our classes are diverse and inclusive and designed for all ages and fitness levels.

JAM TOGETHER. You’ll get support and inspiration from your instructors and classmates. We’re one big growing community, or as we like to call it, the U-Jam Fam Bam!
