Information Technology Department - Ministry of Health (hereinafter referred to as the IT Department) was established by Decision No. 4048 / QD-BYT of the Ministry of Health issued on 10.22.2012. According to this position, functions, duties and powers of the Department of Information Technology plays an important role in shaping and developing information technology in the health sector.

Applications depression provide medical knowledge about the disease, which was built by the collaboration between the IT Department and the Central Mental Hospital I.

- Overview of depression:

Disorders depression is pathological state of emotional turmoil, expressing inhibition in all aspects of mental activity (inhibition of emotion, thought inhibition, inhibition of movement). Inhibition leads to an outflow of the mental activity and directly affects the ability of living, employee performance and learning of patients.

+ Depression is now estimated that 20% occurred in the population under different types, of which only 5% is the typical form of depression (easily identifiable). Providing people with information about the disease to prevention, treatment support, help patients remove inferiority very important role.

- The objective of the application:

+ Helping people to detect the disease through psychological tests PHQ9 table and orient the patient to the treatment facility for depression.
