The Anti-Corruption Force (ACF) is a citizen-driven movement using AI and blockchain technology to fight corruption, social evils, and systemic failures in India. ACF empowers every citizen to report and act against corruption, adulteration, crimes, and inefficiencies—anonymously and securely.

Citizens can submit complaints online or via the ACF mobile app. Every submission is encrypted and stored on blockchain, ensuring tamper-proof evidence and secure tracking.

🔹 How to Post an e-Complaint in ACF

Download ACF Mobile App from Play Store

• Register & Login

• Click the ✏️ (Pencil) Button to start

• Upload Photo/Video or Select Existing File

• Choose Complaint Category (Corruption, Adulteration, Leakage, Social Evil, etc.)

• Enter Title & Description. You can set your language keyboard selecting Telugu, Hindi

• Select "Hide My Details" for Full Anonymity

• Agree to Terms & Submit

• Complaint is Verified & Escalated to Authorities

• Receive SMS/Email/WhatsApp Confirmation with Tracking

Every post is escalated through two levels to ensure action is taken.

How to View Your Post

1. Log in to Your Account

o Open the application

o Click on the Profile icon at the top right corner.

2. Authenticate Your Access

o The system will ask for your Mobile Screen Lock (PIN, Pattern, Fingerprint, or Face Unlock).

o If you haven’t set up a screen lock, you will be prompted to set it up first.

3. Go to "My Posts" Section

o Once logged in, navigate to My Account > My Posts.

o Here, you will see a list of your submitted posts along with their status.

4. Check Your Post Status: Click on Status will show more details

5. Delete Post (Before Approval Only)

o If your post is still pending approval, you have the option to delete it.

o Click on the Delete button if needed.

How to Update Feedback on Your Post

Once the department has taken action on your post, you can provide feedback.

1. Go to "My Posts"

o Navigate to My Account > My Posts.

o Locate the post you want to update.

2. Click on the Three Dots (... )

o Next to your post, find the three-dot menu.

3. Select "Update"

o Click on Update to proceed.

4. Provide Your Feedback

o A feedback form will appear.

o Enter your feedback based on the action taken by the concerned department.

5. Submit Your Feedback

o After filling in your response, click Submit.

o Your feedback will be recorded and sent to the department.
