Time is precious. The only way to stop app addiction is to be aware of it.
App addiction is no different from other addictions. It silently steals your time.
The main reason is because we are not aware of the time getting passed.
So a ticking clock while using an app may at least make us realise the time being spent.
Current Features:
1. Select/Deselect an app to track its usage
2. Get a ticking clock shown while using the app. The timer gets reset everyday.
3. The clock turns red if you have used an app for more than an hour in a day.
