The Earth turned out to be unprepared for the extraterrestrial invasion. Despite all the measures taken by the secret international Aegis Initiative, the aliens were able to easily breach humanity's defences. In one fell swoop, they came down on crucial elements of the planetary defence system, the capitals of the major countries, and the biggest industrial centres, beheading the human resistance in a matter of hours.

Aegis is no more. You are now the commander of one of the few remaining elite quads opposing the aliens. Yesterday's lieutenant, one of the few survivors of the alien attack, you'll need to build a new resistance from what remains of Aegis and repel the alien invaders.

Find survivors from the Hunters squad, equip them with cutting edge weaponry, and work battle-by-battle to recover control over the Earth. And don't forget the hunt for the traitor that brought Aegis low in the first place.

You have no margin for error. You're mankind’s last, best hope!
