FixFat is an advance pedometer which is not based on GPS because calculating distance with the help of GPS has wide margin of error. Since this has been such a problem, a lot of research has been done and the latest research of IEEE states that computing distance with the help of step detection can give a lot better results in measuring the traveled distance.

Our objective is basically to cut down the gap between human attention towards healthy activities. So hereby we are

trying to help all people either overweight or not, to utilize their precious time in a more productive manner through an application that gives them better feedback and can actually calculate the calories they have burned while they perform cardio exercises. People are never sure whether they are burning enough calories or not. With our application, users will accurately know how many calories they have burnt,and how much weight they have lost. The application records number of steps taken by the user, then calculates the distance through the total number of steps taken and finally displays the following:

1. Total number of steps taken,

2. Total distance traveled,

3. Duration of walking,

4. Total number of calories burned

5. Performance weight tracking.

6. Diet Plans.
