Focusmaster Fitness provides 30 minute boxing-inspired full body workouts for men and women who want to look and feel their best. Zero experience necessary. Our knowledgeable coaches give you the guidance and education each class to ensure proper form and technique.

The Focusmaster workout was named “America’s Next Fitness Phenomenon” on SpikeTV’s series Sweat Inc., hosted by Jillian Michaels. By combining our award winning workout program and the latest in wearable heart rate technology, we’re able to deliver the best workout experience to our members every class.

Each class takes place in supportive group-training environment with great music, motivation coaches and incorporates boxing combinations with strength exercises.
