Go To Sleep allows you to be reminded if you are still on your phone or tablet when you should be going to sleep.
Set what time you want to got to sleep for each day. You will be notified you need to put your phone down if it is still in use after that time.
A repeating reminder will come up every 2 minutes if you do not respond by telling the app you are going to sleep or want an extra 15 minutes.
