Its main focus is to provide inspiration, support and tools to help create resilience, confidence and a feeling of being authentic and knowing yourself really well and living a life that reflects that.

Living with someone else's addiction or mental health problem brings its challenges, the impact on family members at this time is underestimated and very misunderstood.

This app has been created by Jo Huey who is an adult child of an alcoholic, affected by her

Dad's drinking for most of her childhood.

With over 20 years of self-development experience and qualifications as a Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, Jo helps people to feel inspired and motivated for change.
