MY MALC Fitness App

The MY MALC App is the official fitness training tool for Murray Aquatic & Leisure Centre gym members. The App is home to your MALC instructor provided workouts through the MY Fitness Map program and access to a range of MALC developed workouts for you to try. You can also browse, create and record your own workouts, undertake you own results tracking to see the progress you have made, view exercise & technique instructional videos to help you get the most out of each workout (and keep you safe), initiate trainer chat for advice and program follow up, and access nutritional & fitness related resources.
