SIM toolkit is a system app that can be found on all devices with the Android operating system, regardless of the manufacturer. Its main function, as its name suggests, is to manage some of the services and features of the SIM card, so uninstalling or forcibly removing it from a device is strongly advised against.

As it is a system app, SIM toolkit doesn't have an interface as such. No interface, no icon. The only way you'll be able to locate the app on your device is to search for it inside the app manager, enabling the ability to manipulate system apps. From here, you'll be able to view its basic information: package name, size, version number, permissions, and so on. Some system updates may cause problems in this regard.
