Management comments on the main articles of the unprecedented administrative code that came into force on 12.10.2013, with 1,073 articles. This legislation, among other things, regulates the operation and the order of service, standardizes procedures, fosters defining rules of ethical behavior, prints logical and systematic consistency, regulates new civil and urban rights, eliminate repetitions and differences, and derogated devices, revoked expressly or impliedly, and confrontation with the Organization of Law and Judicial Division, the Constitution of the State of Minas Gerais and the Constitution, supplies omissions and finally gives unity to the body of the administrative rules applied to notary services and records public Minas Gerais.
Comments are filled with doctrine, sentences of Public Records Court of the District of Belo Horizonte, jurisprudence, statements of Precedents of the Supreme Court and ANOREG, and reference to several provisions of Law of Public Records (6,015 / 73), Law on Notaries (8,935 / 94) and the Standards Code of Notarial Services and records prepared by the CNJ to the state of Piauí, in force since 04.24.2013.
