Basement Health & Fitness is based in the heart of Sutherland and was created out of the need for a training facility that takes the best parts from all levels of fitness, whilst keeping a strong community feel for members to be empowered through their fitness journey.

Our classes are designed to ensure you get both what you want and what you need from every session. Mixing our strong knowledge of strength and conditioning, functional and energy system based training methods that will have you well rounded and functioning optimally.
