Selects the project assigned to him and can create buildings for survey offline.

Field engineer can capture the crack images and highlight the cracks and write details highlighted cracks.

While doing survey, they can keep saving their work. After a building survey is done, they should submit the building.

After day is over, they should sync all submitted buildings to server.
