EatRite is a patient’s food ordering mobile solution that let Ambassador to take various orders from the menu which has been configured at dine central level. Dashboard will also portray the patient’s details up to a certain extent. Patient’s conditions will be depicted by various indicators for which legends are given. Ambassador takes order on behalf of patients. Ambassador will select the meal type (lunch, dinner etc.), diet type and then items.

Ambassador will be able to select various menu items from the select items grid where in the menu items will be differentiated via indicators (Main entrée, Condiments, sides and supplements). Units will not be applicable to main entrees.

Ambassador will also be able to generate reports in PDF and CSV formats if they want to send it to someone or to present to someone in the office. The report will basically portray the various patients and which ambassadors they are related to. The report will also depict the satisfaction level of various patients in terms of level of satisfaction and food quality.
