The Emergency Preparedness Mobile Application (EPMA) was designed to aid three target audiences: PG&E first responders, community first responders, and excavators. It includes training, education and response, and provides checklists, training videos, and reference materials. The EPMA provides educational materials to first responders via their mobile device, such as "just-in-time" training vignettes and other related documents.
