Employer registration is the first step towards insuring employees coverable under ESIC. As per ESIC, registration of a factory/establishment with the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is a statutory responsibility of the Employer under Section 2-A of the Act read with Regulation 10-B. The Employer, in respect of a factory/establishment to which the Act applies for the first time, is liable to furnish to the appropriate Regional Office details within 15 days after the Act becomes applicable, a declaration of registration in Form 01 (Employers’ Registration Form). This is obligatory on part of the Employer.

A System which is primarily linked between an Employer and ESIC, would be able to capture and store data giving access to the employer to become a part of ESIC.

This Mobile App is an industry-compliant application, based upon Google’s android coding standards and java coding conventions. The communications protocol is TCP/IP, and is supported under any routing protocol.

The software is based upon standard and emerging web technologies, requiring an android based device capable of running the application.
