Find-A-Ride

This Application has been designed to, aid both local residents, and strangers arriving into a town, find A Taxi/Private Hire Service.

All users are required to register, having registered A password will be email to registered email address, you will then select the town your looking for the service, then you will receive a list of available service providers, from this list you will be able to send A request to all service providers or select an individual Service provider.

when the booking has been requested, if an asap the system will allow 5 minutes for A service provider to accept the booking, if this does not happen, you will be sent an email informing you that there has been no response allowing you to edit or cancel, and if another 5 minutes passes your booking will terminate.

Any bookings that are request for the future can be checked on the active bookings page and 15 minutes before these booking are due they will follow the same procedure as an asap booking.

Bookings, can be edited or cancelled only until A service provider has Accepted your request, After A request has been accepted an email will be sent to both yourself and the service provider with each others details any changes or cancellations after this have to be done direct.

There is an history page, where you can view your previous requests.

There is also an option to supply feedback on completed bookings.
