Floating windows is an app designed primarily for Xiaomi devices, which will allow you to use floating windows. You'll be able to open any app in one of these floating windows and resize it however you like. In addition to this, you can also overlay them on any other app currently in use, allowing you to have several apps open simultaneously.

Enabling floating windows on a Xiaomi device isn't difficult. All you have to do is open the Settings on your device and scroll to the end. There, you should go into the section called Additional Settings. Here, you'll have to scroll again until you reach the Special Features section, where you'll find the option called Floating windows. Once here, simply tap the toggle. And that's it.
