Gleac is THE app that enables you to become 21st

Why bother with soft skills?

In Google’s Project Oxygen, soft skills were noted as

the most accurate predictor of top performers. In

Linkedin’s 2018 Learning and Development report,

soft skills is the No. 1 area of development focus for

corporations. In a recent interview of Satya Nadella,

CEO of Microsoft with Fareed Zakaria of CNN, both

men stated that those of us who are ‘more human’

will be the ones who will have jobs in the future.

Why Gleac?

Despite the immense significance that soft skills

have, there is neither a reliable curriculum to

develop such skills, nor a standardized and

internationally recognized tool of assessment to

measure an individual’s soft skills. As a result, the

individual can't present her soft skills for career

opportunities effectively.

Gleac rectifies this problem by using a combination

of Neuroscience, AI and Accredited Microlearning.

How it works:

1) Measurement and Calibration

Ten different soft skills are measured through a

combination of scores obtained in daily

microlearning modules, self-review and peer review.

Daily microlearning modules are released every 24

hours and they take up to 10 minutes or less for

completion. Your answers are set up as a ‘stream of

thought’ like a text chat, so our A.I. can start learning

how you think and approach your shortcomings in

the skill being practiced.

Self-review is done by providing honest answers to

different questionnaires generated for different skills.

Peer review is acquired through invitations over the

mail.

Our patent-pending algorithm combines the scores

obtained in the above steps to give a comprehensive

rating of your skills. This rating may get reviewed

and adjusted quarterly to align with the changes in

your neuroscience tests.

2) Visualization of soft skills

Once your rating is generated, it is visualized in a

lucid 21st-century grid that helps you grasp your soft

skills in a tangible form.

3) Showcasing your skills

Your rating in the grid is shareable on social media.

It can also attached to your resume and transcripts

or be displayed as a standalone document. It

enables you to present your skills and progress to

the world so jobs can start finding you.
