Who can use the app?

GoBenta is available for Globe, AdSpark and Mynt employees only.

How do I begin using the app?

After downloading the app, register the required details such as your name, Globe mobile number (where your GCash account is connected to) and your office locations.

Is it required the purchases are paid via GCash?

It is not required but highly recommended.

How do I know that there is an order for the item I posted for sale?

Once a buyer places an order, you will receive a text message on the Globe mobile number you indicated during registration.

Are there any fees related to joining this market place?

No. There are no fees. GoBenta is designed to help Globe, AdSpark and Mynt employees to build trusting and fruitful relationships with each other.
