1. Join as a Store at Consignchain App.

2. Add Customer to your customers list.

3. When customer added, customer will receive email with Login & Password they can use to login to Consignchain App.

4. Using Consignchain App customer place order to the Store.

5. Store Receive the Order & deliver the material. While delivering the material store enter the actual quantity delivered in the Consignchain App against Ordered Quantity.

6. Customer Receive the material & can check through Consignchain App whether billed amount is correctly calculated or not. Customer can reject the part of the goods & pay for the accepted materials.

• When you register as a Distributor.

You can start sending materials on consignment basis to Retailers. Below is the process

1. Join as a Distributor at Consignchain App.

2. Ask Retailers to join as Retailers in Consignchain App.

3. Distributor to link Retailer under him in Consignchain App.

4. After Linking Retailer can request material order to distributor.

5. Distributor will send the material on consignment basis to retailer based on the orders received. Distributor can send material to Retailer without any orders from Retailers as well.

6. Once retailer received delivery they will accept / Reject the material received on consignment basis.

7. Once Retailer Sold / Used the material they will change such stock to own stock.

8. Based on the material used Retailer will pay to the Distributor.

9. Retailers can inform to the distributor for the payment done to the Distributors Staff of the materials.

10. Retailer Can send the debit note to Distributors.

11. Retailer can Return the unused stock to Distributor.

12. Distributor can see consignment stock at Retailer Place using Consignchain App.
