Our proprietary analytics use multiple points of user activity and generates an automated index rating based on buyer behaviors. It also gives users the information needed to effectively manage key business relationships.

The Dash serves as a valuable communications portal that allows users to share the HomeScout mobile app with new customers. This allows both loan officers and agents the ability to manage app access and monitor new users as well as communicate with them as they register and enroll.

Users can customize their experience by activating alerts and notifications for features like Open House listings and Just Listed properties as they are posted. Providing an additional reporting interface that keeps cooperating users current with market updates, buyer activities and events in real-time.
